Troubled Windows - my fansub of the Troubled Windows opening animation. Troubled Windows is a fan-made parody, masquerading as the introduction to an anime in which Microsoft's Windows operating systems are represented by different girls. It was pretty popular as an internet meme in the middle of 2004, although it's popularity seems to have died down a bit now.

Midlands Anime Club - a monthly anime event at the University for people around the West Midlands area which I helped to run. They've got a non-stop screening room where they show a selection of fansubs, classic anime, new dubs and a movie, and a second room for socialising and videogames. Events are usually on the second Saturday of the month, but check the website for more details.

University of Birmingham Anime and Manga Society - Another anime club that I was involved in when I lived in England. Meetings are on Monday evenings during term time, around 7:30pm in the Guild Council Chamber. If you're a student in Birmingham, or just live nearby, they'll be happy to see you.

Amecon - The largest anime convention in the UK, which will be running in August. I was on the committee of its previous incarnation (in 2004) as the Non Cosplay Events Co-Ordinator, and people seemed to enjoy themselves.

Anime England - It used to be a popular forum. Now it's just an IRC channel, although I've been assured that the forum will return at some point.

Tsunami Channel - A truly excellent webcomic, by Akira Hasegawa. Take a look through the archives; the "Magical Mina" and "Experimental Comic Kotone" stories are particularly good. Lately there have been a lot more illustrations than new comics, but those aren't bad either.
