The Standard ECM System is useful against standard Homing Missiles, but is fooled by
Smart and Naval Missiles. All ships of Cobra size and above should be fitted with at
least a normal ECM System (preferably a Naval ECM System), and large ships should
have a Standard ECM as backup incase their Naval system fails. Normal ECM is mainly
used where Naval ECM is unavailable.
